Hilton Garden Inn Owners Orientation

Hilton Garden Inn has developed an Owner’s Orientation designed to save you time and money in the development and operation of your hotel. Note that attendance is mandatory and you should attend at least six (6) months prior to beginning the construction of your Hilton Garden Inn hotel. If you do not attend this required class, it will affect the opening date of your hotel. We strongly suggest that you schedule this very early in the process in order to maximize its benefits. During the orientation, many of the questions that typically arise as you design, construct and open a Hilton Garden Inn hotel will be answered.

The orientation meeting will be held at the Hilton Garden Inn LAX/El Segundo, California (2100 East Mariposa Avenue, El Segundo, 90245), on the following dates:

We have secured a special rate of $139 per night for the meeting. Once you register for the class, you will receive an automatic e-mail confirming your registration and the details that you inputted for the class. The arrival/departure dates you include when registering will also be used for a Rooming List, so you do not need to make your own reservation or contact the hotel directly (we make the accommodations for you). The hotel will also be offering a reduced weekend rate of $99 per night if you would like to take advantage of spending some additional time in Southern California.

You are responsible for your own travel expenses; however, there is no charge for attending the orientation class. If you are unable to attend the dates provided, please have a representative of your development team attend in your place. Registration is limited to the first 35 attendees who sign up , and a maximum of two (2) persons from your hotels or hotel company can attend.
